"The intuitive crossover music project"

The Icelandic composer Viktor Orri has released 7 full albums with his primary school band Búdrýgindi and his actual band Hjaltalín, winning a number of the Icelandic music awards. Viktor has worked closely with various musicians as a violinist and arranger such as Ólafur Arnalds, Agent Fresco, Gluteus Maximus, HE, Árstíðir and Uni Stefson. Viktor also has conducted a number of classical groups including Berlin Music Ensemble, LPR Ensemble in New York, and the  SKARK ensemble in Reykjavík.

The Workshop.

In his workshops for young people (aged 13 -16 years), Viktor wants to inspire the young generation into creating crossover music using acoustic and electronic instruments and the most innovative computer techniques. He works with the group developing songs that will be recorded, mixed and subsequently released among participants.
